    <description>&lt;P&gt;Log into SAS Management Console as an administrator. On the &lt;STRONG&gt;Folders&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab, navigate to the location of the report. Right-click and select &lt;STRONG&gt;Properties&lt;/STRONG&gt;. On the &lt;STRONG&gt;Content&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab, does the report have a size as shown below (22 KB), or does it say 0 KB.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If it says 0 KB, then&amp;nbsp;you can try restarting the middle tier servers. If the report still shows 0 bytes after a restart, you will have to restore the report from a backup.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
