I can create the store process in SAS VA 7.4 ? or only I can copy the code? and other is,

In the Store Process, ¿I can put the Link in that object, in SAS VA 7.4 ? Thank you

I am studying for my certification in SAS VA, Exploration and Desing 7.4.

SAS Visual Analytics can invoke & run a SAS Stored Process, typically embedded as a stored process object in a VA web report.

However, VA does not create the stored process; this is done by registering SAS code in metadata. The simplest way to achieve this is to use the "Create Stored Process" method in Enterprise Guide.

Does SAS/Studio have such functionality yet?

Hi @DavidGQ,

SAS Visual Analytics 7.4 does not create stored processes. However, it let's you use a stored process that has already been created in reports. This is covered in the 7.4 doc here: Use a Stored Process.

There's separate doc about creating stored processes here: Stored Processes Developer's Guide.

Note that stored processes are not supported in SAS Visual Analytics 8.x releases on SAS Viya.
