Checking that box does not mean that the unlisted values are added to that box.That box only ever shows the 1,000 most frequently occurring values. While listing this filter, we see an option to check 'Include unlisted values' and all values are seen in list table but while using text search, we see error saying 'No matches found' while values can be seen in list table.
