Display rules for "All other"

Hi everyone,

I have a bar chart with x categories and a percentage as the y-measure. I then apply a rank showing the ten most frequent categories according to the y-variable. I choose the "All other" option on the ranks tab to group the remaining categories but then comes the problem. How do I apply a display rule showing all other in a different color then the rest of the categories? (essentially I want to hide it a bit, it must be there for the denominator to be correct but it is not interesting)

If I tap into the "display rules" tab and choose "color-mapped-values" I seem to be able to choose any category except "All other" (I have just written it in the text field but VA does not find it). Am I missing something or is this just how it is?

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to check the Other box at the bottom of the rules dialog and then click the color square to pick the color. But you cannot just choose Other for the rule. You must click the + sign and add the other values with a color. Otherwise the OK button remains disabled. The color can be the same for each if you only want to have a different color for Other.
