Needs to be on VPN to access VA, otherwise gets error message

Hi - One user needs to be on VPN to access VA, otherwise gets the below error message. Others, do not need to be. Everybody is on the same network and domain. Any thoughts?

Maybe one of these?

Firewall is not open for that specific user to access VA?

User has no access to DNS-server for resolving domain?

Hi Fredrik - Sorry for resonding late. The issue is host file on user's w/s. We corrected with short name instead of FQDN.
