Hi, I am a graduate student using SAS purchased by our university. After I installed SAS, it includes SAS 9.4, SAS Studio 3.7, as well as other components.

When I start SAS Studio 3.7, the webpage opens automatically and then is stuck at "Initializing" using Chrome or Firefox.

I found the hot fix related to this problem (C7W003) and download the zip-file for x64 Windows. Then, I use SAS Deployment Manager to load the zip-file. It displays "The hot fixes in the selected directory are not applicable for the installed products".

I looked at the documentation for this hot fix (https://tshf.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/HF2/C/C7W/C7W003/xx/wx6/C7W003x6.html). The "member" of the fix only includes SAS Studio Basic 3.7 and SAS Studio Mid-Tier 3.7. Then, I generate a SAS Deployment Registry report and the report shows only "SAS Studio - Single User", not "SAS Studio Basic 3.7".

Host: wx6
Product: webedtr
Version: 3.7
Display Name: SAS Studio - Single User
Display Version: 3.7

So I wonder, is there a hot fix for this problem for SAS Studio - Single User?

I don’t see it listed under the all products list. There is one available for studio single user version 3.6

I would suggest you to drop an email to support@sas.com for assistance on getting the correct hotfix link.

Here’s the link http://ftp.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/HF2/94_all_hosts.html

Have you tried using SASHFADD? The tool is pretty smart in getting all required updates for your installation.
