Hi,

I have been trying to access SAS Online studio for a at least three days now with no success. I did that through multiple computers and internet connections and it still did not work.

Does the problem lies in my connection or is the server down for some reason.

Thanks

Ubai

@Ubai are you sure you have entered your userid and password correctly using both upper and lower case characters?

I myself have made connection the last 3 days so I don't believe the SAS server is down.

This also happens when I try to reach the SAS OnDemand for Academics Control Center.

Would you please try to connect to SAS online studio and see if it works.
