Unable to Open SAS Studio

I dowloaded the Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager but both the SAS university Edition Tabs say Powered off. I need some help with getting this started.

When I right click there is no power up option.

In the instructions that support sent me it talks about entering in http://localhost:10080 then From the SAS University Edition: Information Center, click Start SAS Studio. I'm not getting any of this.

Click on SAS UE in the VM and then check the menu items at the top, there’s a definite start up option, if it’s greyed out post a screenshot.

Once it starts you’ll see a black screen pop up with the URL you need. It can be different from the instructions.
