Since downloading SAS University Edition (up to date version) on VM VirtualBox (version 5.0.20 r 106931), I keep getting this message when trying to start SAS Studio:

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Apache PivotalWebServer Server at localhost Port 10080

Nothing else appears on the browser page but the tab title is "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable". The VM VirtualBox Manager indicates that the SAS University Edition is running and the session is locked. I'm running Windows 10 64-bit. Thanks for any help!

Hi Milmann,

Thanks for your post - this is an issue that the SAS University Edition folks are working on. There is a discussion about this issue on the SAS Analytics U community that you can follow here: Service Temporarily Unavailable Error 503 - an update from SAS.

thanks,

Jennifer
