    <description>&lt;P&gt;I did remove the SAS VM from virtual box. Then added the SAS VM from virtual box.&amp;nbsp; SAS studio then started and did the download and successful update.&amp;nbsp; I tried to do this early in the morning before the server was busy.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for the reply&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a notice to update my SAS UE. The download was started and completed. I dont think the update completed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now I cant get into SAS studio at all. &amp;nbsp; I use the URL Localhost:10080/SASInformationCenter/index.html&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I get a screen that says the connection was reset. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The update often fails - your best bet is to download the VM again from scratch - delete the existing VM from inside VirtualBox and install the new VM - you won't lose any work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
