      <description>&lt;P&gt;in the DISP_QUEUE table in the field RTDM_RESULT there was a failure of the application 0.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Errors were detected in the application log (/ opt / sas / env / log / 04OCT2017): CLI prepare error: [DataDirect] [ODBC SQL Server Driver] Communication link failure, only the MAIN2 loop was lost. More than in any logs this error was not recorded. Database breaks did not have the connection restored automatically.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Even though the log&amp;nbsp;indicates it's a generic connection issue this is still a very specific RTDM related question. Not sure how much expertise there is here in the forums and if then it's most likely in the&amp;nbsp; "SAS Customer Intelligence" space.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suggest you also raise a SAS Tech Support track for this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
