topic Sharing Code? in SAS Procedures

I'm relatively new to SAS and wonder if there are forums in which SAS users share code back and forth freely? I'm looking for a specific program and wonder if someone has written such a program, and if they share it as "shareware?" What is the etiquette on this?

Sure - it's an open forum for discussions and sharing freely.

Suggest you read this gem, if you intend to share code in a forum post.
Also, the SAS.COM support website http://support.sas.com/ has much to offer with sample code and supplemental technical reference material avalable to all.
You might find code at the listserv comp.soft-sys.sas . You can search it through google groups.

There are also SAS code samples on Phil Holland's web site
http://www.hollandnumerics.demon.co.uk/index.htm
and Roland Rashleigh-Berry's site
http://www.datasavantconsulting.com/roland/index.html
and lots of useful links at UCLA, many of which include source code,
