What version of SAS Viya or add-on package would my org have to purchase to get the SURVEY procs?

What version of SAS Viya or add-on package would my org have to purchase to get the SURVEY procs (e.g., SURVEY FREQ, SURVEY LOGISTIC)? I'm hearing more about the switch to SAS Viya at my org but it isn't clear if the SURVEY procs will be available by default. Read the two things below. Second one makes it seem like they're not part of the Viya default. But I couldn't figure out how we get them in Viya. Haven't asked my SAS rep yet. That would be next step. Thanks!

I am not familiar with the licensing/distribution of Viya. The Survey procs are not part of "Base" of "Foundation" SAS either. They are included in the SAS/STAT package of analysis procedures with the "Base" SAS. I suspect a similar model will apply to Viya where the bits you need are added instead of paying for everything though the specific name might change. They might also be included as part of a larger package like Analytics Pro or similar.

AFAIK, Viya 4 contains a SAS 9.4-compatible Compute Server where such procedures could continue to be run and those procedures are part of SAS/STAT under Viya 4: https://documentation.sas.com/doc/en/pgmsascdc/v_049/statug/statug_surveymeans_overview.htm

@MattJans Not only will asking your SAS rep this question give you a reliable answer but it will also help to ensure that nothing gets overlooked when moving to Viya.

What I would want is SAS Studio Analyst (if not even Engineer) because this adds the functionality to create custom steps as re-usable artefacts for use in Studio Flows ("similar" to an autocall macro library when using code only).
