      <description>&lt;P&gt;It isn't so much "what" is svm-sas-server as where. The \\ at the start indicates this should be a network URL and the name immediately following is the name of the server machine (or network share or whatever your network folks call it).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In a local network it is similar to a drive letter or disk mount point&lt;/P&gt;</description>
