      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cumulative over what? Time periods? Geography? Demographic groups? Cause of mortality?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Lots of ways to deal with cumulative anything and very data content dependent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The data can be fake but should be enough to exercise any grouping or rules.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
