Please Help, SAS Enterprise Guide 7.1 can not import my excel files

Hi,I reset my computer and reinstalled SAS. I imported data (excel) which was .xlsx. I followed the steps but it turned out to be error. I am using SAS Enterprise Guide 7.1 for analyse surveys(the excel) which was able to be imported before the computer was reset. Can anyone help me? I use it for educational purposes. Thank you.

Define "reset". A simple reboot won't cause such behavior (usually, after all this is Windows).

How do you run SAS from EG? Local or remote server?

Reading the message in your Doc1.docx it seems to me that may be you forgot to assign some options

while reinstalling sas. Check your sas configuration file for ENCODING & LOCALE options. You may need

to adapt their values.
