    <description>You could probably use the TIMEZONE system option together with the time zone offset function - tzoneoff(). I use the zip code to determine timezone&lt;BR /&gt;Here is how data looks&lt;BR /&gt;State. Start time. Timezone&lt;BR /&gt;AZ. 01/01/2018 14:23:00. Mountain&lt;BR /&gt;End time&lt;BR /&gt;01/01/2018:15:23:00&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can I convert the time from eastern to central&lt;BR /&gt;The data goes horizontally..&lt;BR /&gt;Starttime.
