    <description>&lt;P&gt;HPSPLIT was part of SAS EM in SAS 9.3&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is available in 9.4, if you can upgrade. Upgrades are free with a valid SAS license. If you're a student or researcher you can also use SAS UE which would have support for HPSPLIT.&lt;/P&gt;
