sas OR problem

I would like to use Proc Optmodel in order to solve a linear programming problem ... but SAS can't find this procedure as well as any other OR procedure. I then used Proc Setinit to check if the SAS/OR software was installed and SAS confirmed it is available (until 01 Nov. 2012). Could somebody please tell me how I can fix this problem?

Thanks for answering.
