      <description>&lt;P&gt;Most SAS/STAT procedures support the FREQ statement for easily specifying repeated observations. Some also support the&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;WEIGHT statement for weighted statistics. &amp;nbsp;To understand the difference, see &lt;A href="http://blogs.sas.com/content/iml/2013/09/13/frequencies-vs-weights-in-regression.html" target="_self"&gt;"The difference between frequencies and weights in regression analysis."&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PROC ANOVA supports the FREQ statement. If you want a weighted ANOVA, you can use PROC GLM. &amp;nbsp;PROC CLUSTER supports frequency analysis, but does not support the WEIGHT&amp;nbsp;statement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Weighting is necessary, when a disproportionally sample is used. And the statement works in almost all other procedures.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
