Does anyone know how to make the icons that display in the explorer window when you open SAS to stay displayed in list mode versus becoming full icons everytime you open SAS? When I open SAS I have to go to view list to change it back everytime. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi,

1. START V9
2. VerifyTOOLS - OPTION - PREFERENCES option SAVE SETTINGS ON EXIT is checked
3. Clik on Explorer Window
4. write to COMMAND LINE: DETAIL ON
5. Enter
6. Exit SAS
7. Start SAS

Now explorer should be in mode DETAILS. If you want LIST write to COMMAND LINE: DETAIL OFF 🙂

Exit and Start
