      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like "Carnac the Magnificent" he will divine the question without knowing the answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as I know to you will need to "look" a every variable until you determine it is NOT NULL.&amp;nbsp; For many variables perhaps most you only need to look at one observation, but unfortunately for variables that are completely null, the target of the investigation, every observation will need to be examined.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carnac_the_Magnificent" title="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carnac_the_Magnificent"&gt;Carnac the Magnificent - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
