    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Generally yes.&amp;nbsp; You can see if you have it licensed by running&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PROC SETINIT; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is listed there, it means that it is just not installed on the server you are using.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I usually go through my local SAS site rep with questions about licensing and costs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doc Muhlbaier&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Duke&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does 'PROC ACCESS DBMS = IMS' need to have a separate licence for connecting to IMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was trying to extract data from IMS using the same and it is showing an error which says &lt;STRONG&gt;'&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;The SAS/ACCESS Interface to IMS-DL/I product with which the procedure is associated is either&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt; not licensed for your system or the product license has expired'.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
