    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a dataset which have 5 digit codes. I want to make it 4 digit codes and so i used substr to get until the 4th digit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Example: 140.41, 140.42, 140.43 become &lt;STRONG&gt;140.4&lt;/STRONG&gt; now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After this I want to retain the first description to the rest of 140.4' s . In this example MOUTH&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could anyone help me with this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
