      <title>Quick Format Question</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just a quick question - is there a format with decimals that does not produce leading zero?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using a format of 15.2, which prints "0.00" for zero and I would like to see ".00"&amp;nbsp; - no leading zero. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would rather not use a custom format if it can be helped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thoughts ??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
