when I try exporting SAS datasets to Stata the user-defined format names are truncated to 8 characters so are never found. Problem Note 31711 says that this was fixed in 9.2 but it appears not have been It also happens when exporting to SPSS.
I'm using 9.2TS2M3 on Win XP.
Cheers
