      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this data all in one file/data set? If so, how do you know which century the date represents? The YEARCUTOFF option pretty much is set up only for distinguishing 19XX to 1999 from 20XX-2099 years. For 1800 you're going to have to provide the century somehow and then use an appropriate date conversion function.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
