Any way to list all default values of implicit "statement options"?

In general, SAS statment may take many options. Can we list all default values of these options (not system options)?

For example:
libname test "path";

By default, the engine is V9, encoding is from SAS session, compress is no, etc.

Any thoughts?

... and then I look in my .CFG or AUTOEXEC files to see how SAS defaults may have been changed by my system administrators.
