SCD Type 2 Loader supports...type 2!!!
In 9.2 type 1 will also be supported.

Of cource, you are free to implement your own loader which could support other types than no 2, by using the transformation Generator Wizard.

I'm not aware of any limitations of how many Look-up transforms that could fit into a job. But as a general rule, one should put to much into a job, it would not be good from a maintenance point of view.
Clarification about the SCD (Slowly changing dimension) and Look up

Di studio will support all the three SCD types or only SCD type two transformation.

and

In a Job how many look up transformations can be used. is there any limit for the job.
