Hi Sbb,

Thanxs for the quick response, I am looking for the SAS tool which helps me to dock the drug database. ( like screening the drug database with my protein active binding site), to do this activity does SAS developed any tool.(SAS in Bioinformatics).

As per my Knowledge SAS SDS and RDM are like a centralized
repository for research data, If i am worng correct me.

I read the below article, Where metnioned that,

www2.sas.com/proceedings/sugi28/259-28.pdf

BIOINFORMATICS
While SAS’s core strengths remain in warehousing and advanced
analytics, we are developing new tools in association with RDM
and MAS for such areas as motif detection, pathway overlays,
and enhanced annotation from public databases.

I am looking for the SAS tools which will do the same jobs as proteomics, chemiinformatics, drug screening and docking...

Thanks
