I've never heard of this distribution. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, SAS doesn't compute this in a built-in way. In general CDFs of multivariate functions are quite challenging, since they involve multidimensional integrals.
