Where is the documentation for the R-Interface? I've looked in the 3.2 documentation on the web and didn't find anything.

I was pointed to the online help,
Help ->Help Topics ->SAS/IML Studio Help ->Accessing R

and a little birdie told me that they are hoping to have the .PDF updated within a couple of weeks.

There is documentation in a new chapter of the reference manual
SAS/IML Studio for SAS/STAT Users.
