use of cdps code from UCSD

Has anyone used the Chronic Disease Payment System SAS Code from UCSD.

It is chock full of complicated macros....I am just learning macros for this and think I am overlooking some elemental points.

I think I have our data correctly managed but when I run any of the code I get the macro library but not any output or changes

in the dataset. I am also a bit confused the order in which to run the codes.

UCSD does not provide technical support for this code.

Can anyone with familiarity with this give some assistance.
