Dear all,

I was wondering, if is it possible to get a sas output file (excel versions) with merged cells and specified cell colours?

I have an excel template with merged rows and columns, also some specific columns needs to be coloured with same colour all the column) and some columns with conditional colouring..

am new to this type of requirement. Request your helpw ith this. If it is possible, kindly guide me on this.

PFA template for reference

Thank you very much!

To answer your first question, coloring cells is called traffic lighting, example of which can be found here:

http://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings11/290-2011.pdf

For your second question with regards to merge rows and columns, you will need to provide further information, I see none of this in the attached file you posted. Generally speaking, merging cells is an Excel function not replicatable from SAS, however there are ways around this such as setting up columns which look like how you want the output to look.
