How to make a dose-response restricted spline curve using cox regression model?

Hi I’m new to SAS!
I want to make a restricted spline curve of dose-response using a table of radiation exposure and cancer.
I have a table with variables ‘person_id’ ‘dose’ ‘cancer’ ‘time’ ‘sex’ ‘age’.
‘dose’ and ‘cancer’ are numeric variables.
I want to use cox regression model and want a spline curve with x-axis dose, y-axis hazard ratio (for cancer).
Can anyone help me with it??:)

Hello,

Do you have your PROC PHREG code already?

I think you can ask for this plot by one-or-another option.

I suspect your time and age variables need to be numeric as well (date, time and date-time variables in SAS are also numeric).

You might also want to look into PROC PROBIT :

It is mainly designed for dose-response analysis with a natural response rate. It computes the fiducial limits for the dose variable and provides various graphical displays for the analysis.
