We always have the issue that when creating individual concentration-time plots in log scale for PK data, data below LLOQ which is treated as 0 is omitted. Due to the issue, the plot created is misleading sometimes. So I want to create the plot in square root scale. Is there a way to create a plot in square root scale?

Use a data step to create a new variable that is the square root of the desired value and plot that. I suggest adding a label to the variable and/or axis to make sure that is what has been done.

With Ballardw's suggestion, you will see the axis tick values as per the new (sq root) column. You could use TICKVALUELIST and TICKDISPLAYLIST to show the original variable values on the axes.
