Plot 3D surface.

In all most in 3D surface plots , X, Y, Z variable is continous variables.
I was using "proc g3grid", "proc template", "proc sgrender", and "proc gcontour" for 3D surface plots.

In several papers, they showed that prevalence and continous variables.

I want to generate in 3D surface plot that z variable is a coteogry (0, 1).
Is there any way?

Just to be clear, there isn't a sample of the graph you're trying to generate in either of the papers you linked/attached?
