<title>topic Import Excel in SAS Enterprise Guide</title>
    <link>https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-Enterprise-Guide/Import-Excel/m-p/3049#M968</link>
<description>I am running Enterprise Guide v3 and I have an excel spreadsheet on a Unix server. I want to import this but not save it as a permanent file. However after saving the project it will not run when I re-open it. I do not want to save the import to a permanent location as the originating spreadsheet data changes. I know this works fine in v4 but unfortunately my company will not commit to v4. Is there any way around this problem?</description>
