topic (in)format wizard in SAS Enterprise Guide

I've found how a wizard can help me build a user format.
Is there a wizard for building informats?
I know the code I need :
to recognise a "?" as a special missing value
pass other input text through the yymmdd10. informat
However, I don't see a wizard to help. It seems natural to expect the facility within the "Create Format" wizard, but it isn't obvious.....
What am I missing?

so, if I want to create a wizard (to build informats for example), where do I start ?
Has E.G. got anything like DI Studio helps to build a User Transform

Peter,

You can create custom tasks using .NET with the APIs documented at http://support.sas.com/eguide.

It's a bit of a leap from SAS programmer to .NET programmer, but we've got lots of examples out there, including one that lets you build picture formats in SAS.
