    <description>Doesn't look like you can give a non-default name to a SAS data set. If you're working with DBMS tables, you would be able to specify non-default names (assuming the database allows longer ones). That would involve using a name literal -- more on that at the bottom of this page:&lt;BR /&gt;

I have a SAS DATA SET . i want to put its name with string having more than 32 character.&lt;BR /&gt;
As Per my Knowledge, we can put 32 character file name Maximum....&lt;BR /&gt;

if is there any way putting file name with more than 32 character, then please help me...</description>
