Matrix\Iteration

I have a matrix

A B C Total

D 2 1 3 7

E 4 2 2 8

Total 6 4 4

I would like to balance the interior items against the totals.....ie without changing my totals. I used microsoft excel iteration but my two output files change either the vertical total or the horizontal totals, is there a way to balance this worksheet?

Thanks
