      <description>Under the select tab in the Query Builder, only add the columns (variables) that you want to keep in the output table.</description>

  Thank you for the tip.&lt;BR /&gt;
  Maybe I didn't ask it quite well.&lt;BR /&gt;
  I am using a SAS Data Set that has one column(column A), which I use to derive two other columns(calculated columns). &lt;BR /&gt;
I just don't need column A to be carried over to the resulting Data Set.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>In the Query Builder's Select Data tab, only add your computed columns (which can reference column A).  You do not need to add column A in your selection.</description>
