You can do this by creating a custom calculated measure.

First, you’ll want to create an MDX template for the total by creating a similar running total for your time dimension. On the calculated measure wizard, select “Special Analysis” and “Time Series Analysis.” Set any options for the kind of analysis you’re doing, and click Next until you reach the Page 4 Summary. Don’t click Finish. Instead, click Back until you reach page 1. Select “Other custom analysis” and click Next: the MDX for the running total; just replace the time members with ones appropriate for your dimension.

Complete the wizard and click Finish.
I'm trying to create cumulative totals across a specific dimension which we will call Age. Its easy to create what SAS calls "Running Totals" in OLAP but you have to have a time dimension. My Age dimension is a time dimension from a presentation standpoint (shows integers from 1 to 60) but it is not time from a SAS perspective. How would I create a cumulative total across my Age dimension? I think I would use MDX querying and create a custom calculated member....
