In our classes, we frequently show prompts in stored processes or macro coding for numeric ranges of years (want a report where year is between 2005 and 2008 or 2001 and 2005, etc). Or where sales are gt 5000 and lt 10000, etc. Or a day start and day end or time start and time end. (I know that date, day and time aren't only numeric -- but sometimes must be treated a bit differently in the WHERE clause -- which is a teaching opportunity.)
Hi,

Does anyone has a good example of creating and using a prompt with a numeric or character range

Regards,
