Yes.  &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Your SAS workspace session must be running with an encoding that supports the chinese character sets you want to use.  For example, you can run with -encoding UTF8, or you could run with -encoding big5.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
The -encoding option is a startup/config option:&lt;BR /&gt;
