    <description>You might want to use the Upload Data task (and corresponding Dowload Data), if you have SAS data sets that you're working with:&lt;BR /&gt;

You can have a Local SAS session only if you have SAS for Windows installed on the same machine with Enterprise Guide.  And if you did, it would most likely already be in your list of servers.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <title>How to define a local host in SAS EG</title>

      <description>I have SAS EG 4.1 installed on my work PC.  There is a network host set up, however I need to access files on my local PC.  This seems easy enough assuming that I can set up a local server on my PC.  Where can I find instructions on how to set up a local host.  And can I, as a user, set one up?</description>
