topic working with intnx function in SAS Enterprise Guide

Hello,

I am using the intnx function to estimate new dates based on the interval.

In term of interval, I am trying to find the documentation on it. Maybe I am not lucky.

it could be day, week, month, quarter and year.

What's the name of a four months interval.?

How do we define a custom interval ?

Please provide an example.

Also, in a old calendar, I have something refering to prv begining of the year and end of the year

which gives 28DEC2013 02JAN2015

Does someones know what it is

28DEC2013 is a Saturday and 02JAN2015 is a Friday.

So some week definition that start a Saturday and finish on Friday

Intervals you can use in INTNX, from the documentation

https://documentation.sas.com/doc/en/pgmmvacdc/9.4/leforinforref/n0pxq4af0hx60nn1i1x3xn41mc3c.htm#n0zn1re74n6pfvn170g9us41coho

For custom intervals, scroll down in the documentation to "Multi-Unit Intervals"

Regarding weeks that go from Saturday to Friday, you can scroll down to "Shifted Intervals"
