How do I create a permanent library in EG

Hello,

I want to create a permanent library in EG so that it gets automatically assigned each time after login. Is there a way to save the assignment setting?

Appreciate some tips.

In EG2 & 3 use the Enterprise Guide Administrator. In EG4 use the Enterprise Guide Explorer (same thing really).

Simply choose File->New->Library and enter the details. Ensure the 'assign at server startup' tick box is ticked and this should do the trick.

I've never tried this myself though!

I had looked at this menu option but found it to be grayed out (unusable) hence was wondering if there is another way. Maybe this option was taken off at our end. I will check this with our technical folks.
