Error in the system configuration - SAS Web Report Studio 2.1

I had installed SAS Web Report Studio 2.1. I am able to view the login page of the sas web report studio url, but when I try to enter(login) by giving the credentials(tried with the sasadm, saswbadm,sastrust still not working) it is giving the error "error in the system configuration".

Could you please tell me how to get rid of the error?

You may want to contact SAS support and open a track, however I did find a usage note (link info below) on the SAS support http://support.sas.com/ website, possibly helping diagnose the problem.
