Why are you asking this question - what problem do you have with a SAS Optimization Model? You could at least explain what you mean by CUDA. A quick Google search came up with this Wikipedia entry which is what I guess you mean: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CUDA

CUDA (or Compute Unified Device Architecture) is a parallel computing platform and application programming interface (API) that allows software to use certain types of graphics processing units (GPUs) for general purpose processing, an approach called general-purpose computing on GPUs (GPGPU). CUDA is a software layer that gives direct access to the GPU's virtual instruction set and parallel computational elements, for the execution of compute kernels.[1]

I doubt very much that CUDA will work with SAS. For starters it uses GPUs which are only present on high-end video cards. Servers don't have GPUs so it wouldn't even be an option if you are using SAS on a server.

I don't know where to begin. I've never seen CUDA or worked with it before, but it would seem to speed up non linear problem sets. Any suggestions on where I could start? Is this even possible in EG?

In Optimization Models I never seen , but by FCMP you can use cuda with sas. In servers sas Viya you can to use a conteiner for example in azure with GPU.
